近日，在捷克布拉格召开的第十一届国际古植物学大会暨第十五届国际孢粉学大会上，中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园研究员周浙昆因其对古植物学做出的杰出贡献，荣获“国际古植物学会荣誉会员” (International Organization of Palaeobotany Honorary Membership)称号。
