针对目前船舶柴油机普遍燃用高粘度重油和雾化加热温度高的情况，设计了一套以120#重油为对象的重油动态乳化系统.该乳化系统以单片机作为控制器，根据柴油机的转速与负荷信号实现较佳油水比例的在线调节，并在不改变柴油机结构参数和不添加任何乳化剂的前提下，在6300ZC型柴油机上进行了台架实验，实验证明：重油乳化后微粒特性满足柴油机燃烧要求，且节油效果明显.
